Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010. This application follows the implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive. The application involves varying the permit to show an existing waste operation as a newly prescribed installation activity from Mr Rodney Hill.
