South East Water Limited: application made to abstract water

South East Water Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 9/40/02/0112/GR which authorises the abstraction of water from groundwater at National Grid Reference (NGR) TQ 71 58 for the purposes of public water supply and industrial process water.
The variation applied for seeks to remove three existing abstraction points, to add 6 new abstraction points at NGR TQ 71 58, to remove the purpose of industrial process water, and to increase abstraction volumes for the purpose of public water supply.
Proposed aggregated abstraction volumes across all points are as follows:
