Decision of the Charity Commission published on 1 March 2012.

The commission was asked to review its decision not to register Soteria Network, an organisation supporting people’s mental health using the ‘Soteria method’, as a charity.

The commission concluded that the organisation is established for exclusively charitable purposes for the public benefit and could therefore be registered as a charity.
