The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Paul Michael Squires with immediate effect
- disqualify Paul Michael Squires for a period of 3 years from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area
- any futures application involving George Michael Squires to be referred to a traffic commissioner
- disqualify Colin Parmenter from holding or applying for any transport manager position within the EU until 30 October 2019
