Solar panels and cells originating or consigned from China, Malaysia and Taiwan (Anti-Dumping Duty 2292)

Expiry of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of solar panels and cells, originating or consigned from China, Malaysia and Taiwan.

The Commission has advised by Decisions (EU) Nos. 2018/C310/06 and 2018/C310/07, that anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and cells expired at 23:59:59 on 3 September 2018.

These duties will not apply to the products from 4 September 2018.
