These reports present findings from a longitudinal study (2017 to 2021) of social workers trained via the social work fast track entry programmes, Frontline and Step Up to Social Work.

They cover attrition rates from social work for the different cohorts at different timepoints post-qualification.

  • job satisfaction
  • factors associated with retention and reasons for leaving the profession
