This letter, sent to Private Registered Providers (PRPs) across the country, is intended to announce the launch of the new Social and Affordable Homes Programme, and the key support PRPs can get to build. It introduces the other documents published today (7 November 2025) which will help guide PRPs to begin to assemble ambitious bids for when bidding opens in February 2026.
