Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (that does not involve substantial change) from The Watercress Company Limited. This variation does not increase the total volume of effluent discharged which is currently 16,366 cubic metres per day, but to amend where this volume is discharged from.
