The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 from Mr Evy Hambro.

  • Regulated facility type: Sewage treatment plant, reed bed and swale for filter backwash

  • Regulated facility location: Eastbridge House at Eastbridge Estate Office, Eastbridge, Ramsbury Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 2HJ.

  • NGR discharge point: SU 30423 73022 and SU 30429 73008

  • Receiving environment: Ditch leading to the River Aldbourne and a Swale also discharging to a ditch leading to the River Aldbourne

  • Effluent type: Secondary treated sewage effluent and filter backwash

  • Volume: 4.1 cubic metres per day

Normally the Environment Agency must put any comments they receive on the public register. Tell the Environment Agency if you don’t want your comments to be public. The Environment Agency must decide whether to grant or refuse the application. If they grant it, they must decide what conditions to include in the permit.
