The Commissioners’ seventh report details the improvement trajectory following the extension of the intervention in November 2024. The report concludes that earlier progress at Slough Borough Council has not been sustained. Although some improvements have been made, ongoing in-year budget pressures continue to limit strategic focus and delivery of transformation plans.
