Details

The Skills for AI (SKAI) research programme shows that AI is becoming embedded in everyday working life across the UK, but organisations face challenges in training their workforce to fully realise its benefits. The research translates evidence from workshops, survey evidence and real-world case studies into four connected outputs:

  • an employer guide
  • supporting case studies
  • an insight briefing based on research
  • a research evidence, analysis and methodology report

It proposes a framework called ‘PRIMES’ and practical guidance for employers and training providers to build inclusive AI training programmes to ensure their staff use AI effectively, safely and responsibly.

This report has been co-developed by Skills England, however, the opinions expressed in this report are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the views of Skills England.
