Sixth Annual UK-Japan Nuclear Dialogue
On 26-27 October 2017, the 6th Annual Japan-UK Nuclear Dialogue was held in London to further strengthen cooperation between the UK and Japan.

Details
The Prime Ministers of the UK and Japan held a summit meeting in April 2012 and produced a joint statement. The ‘UK-Japan Framework on Civil Nuclear Energy Cooperation’, which was annexed to the joint statement, states that Japan and the UK decided to launch an annual dialogue at senior level to strengthen bilateral cooperation across the full range of civil nuclear activities.
The sixth annual meeting was hosted by the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London on 26 and 27 October 2017.
