  1. In the year 2023 up until 31 July, how many times have you removed the SIA accreditation for individuals and/or companies?
  2. If you have removed accreditation for individuals and/or companies, what were the reasons for your action?

2. Response

I can confirm that the SIA holds this information. A response to each question is provided below.

  1. From 1 January 2023 to 31 July 2023 we removed Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) accreditation from 19 companies. Please be aware that ACS accreditation is only awarded to companies and not individuals.

  2. The reasons for the SIA withdrawing ACS accreditation from the 19 companies within the above time frame are as follows:
