SIA telephone maintenance

1. Request

Please can you confirm and provide me with the following:

  • the suppliers for the telephone maintenance contract are PureIP and BT
  • the annual spend for both of the contracts
  • if the organisation is renewing the contract for BT (as it has expired)

2. Response

The SIA utilises a number of services for the provision of telephony services. In this response we have assumed that “telephone maintenance” refers to the provision of services that enable the provision of fixed voice telephony services to SIA end users.

The current suppliers are listed below:

  • Datrix – provision of contact centre telephony services
  • PureIP – provision of SIP services

Annual spend is listed below:

  • Datrix – £74,429
  • Pure IP – £17,107

“If the organisation is renewing the contract for BT (as it has expired)” - the SIA has not renewed the contract for BT following the end of the contract for the services provided.
