Please provide salary information for the below:

  • Head of Technology
  • Release Manager
  • Incident Manager
  • Solutions Architect
  • Interim Transformation lead
  • Digital Transformation lead
  • ICT support Analyst

I can confirm that we do hold the information you requested.

2.1 Males/females within the Technology team

I confirm that there are 4 female and 10 male employees within the Technology team.

2.2 Salary information

For the roles listed below:

  • Head of Technology - this role is currently vacant and prior to that was covered by a contractor; the salary band prior to that was Upper D
  • Release Manager - the salary band for the role is Band F
  • Incident Manager - the salary band for the role is Band F
  • Solutions Architect - the salary band for the role is Band E
  • Interim Transformation lead - this role does not exist at the SIA
  • Digital Transformation lead - this role will be filled from November 2021 at salary band Upper D
  • ICT support Analyst - the salary band for the role is Band G
