- How many instant recognition payments were approved at the SIA for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 (to the present day) for nominated individual staff members?
- Please provide the total payment for each stated year.
- Please state how many of these were made to male staff, and how many to female staff.
- Please state how many of these were made to staff from ethnic minority groups by splitting the information into British Black, British White, British Asian, Non-British White, Non-British Black, Non-British Asian, and Other for each stated year.
- Please state how many instant recognition payments were approved in each listed team function for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 (to the present day) split into male and female staff (e.g. how many were paid to male and how many paid to female staff members).
