Is an SIA licence held by any individuals in the postcode of CH44 5AB

I can confirm that the SIA holds information relevant to your request, however I consider that information exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.
It is important to state that any response given under the Freedom of Information Act is a response into the public domain and not merely to you. The information requested may assist you in identifying a specific individual and on that basis, the information when combined would form personal data. It is accepted that you as the requester will have an interest in the personal data, but I am of the view that there is no collective public interest which must be taken into account (the legitimate interest).
The SIA can confirm that as of today (26 January 2021) there were 221 licence holders in the CH44 area.
It is worth noting that all current licence holders appear on our register of licence holders. You are able to search by name and may narrow the search parameters if you have a date of birth. If the register delivers no results, this is a clear indication that the individual in question does not hold a current SIA licence.
