1. Request
I wish to submit a request for some of the organisation’s information around the internal plans and strategy documents around ICT.
I wish to obtain the following documents:
- ICT/IM&T/IS strategy - the IT department strategy or plans; highlights their current and future objectives
- ICT organisation chart - a visual document that presents the structure of the IT department
- ICT annual or business plan - like the ICT strategy but is more annually focused
- ICT capital programme/budget - a document that shows financial budget on current and future projects
2. Response
I confirm that the SIA holds the information you have requested. I have attached:
- presentation outlining our data and digital strategy
- ICT organisational chart as at June 2021
- SIA business plan for 2021 to 2022
- SIA data and digital plans for 2021 to 2022, which are yet to be confirmed by the Home Office
In respect of the ICT capital programme/budget, I confirm that the capital expenditure bid for the financial year 2020 to 2021 was £1.6m.
