As per my records, your contract with Datrix has expired. I would like to know whether this contract is still valid or replaced by any other supplier.

I can confirm that the SIA holds this information.
There is a contract extension in place with the incumbent supplier (Datrix) with a contract end date of 16 August 2023. This is while we consider future service options.
