Key Information Documents (KIDs) for Shared Ownership homes in a Designated Protected Area with mandatory buyback funded through Homes England’s Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme (SOAHP) 2016 to 2021. 

This suite of KIDs may also be adapted for older shared ownership homes delivered under previous affordable homes programmes. Providers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to customers is accurate.
