Editable branded templates for social media

We’ve created a suite of templates to help you share positive stories about Further Education teaching and encourage more people to join the profession.

They’ve been created as editable PDFs so that you can open and personalise them easily. You’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to do this. Download the latest version free of charge.

You will need to save the following files to your computer to use them. Do this by right-clicking the link and selecting either:

  • save as
  • save link as
  • save target as

Social media templates

Use these templates to create social media content for:

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Instagram

You can personalise them by adding text and images. Character limits are set within the templates. You may need to resize images to make them suitable for the templates. See the examples below for guidance.

Once you’ve edited the template you will need to convert the file to an image (a PNG or JPG file works best) before uploading them. If you don’t have Adobe you can use a file conversion website to do this.
