Details

This policy sets out criteria which would prevent a provider being considered for funding. This is in order to identify and control the minority of providers and persons that are not using monies for the purposes parliament intended.

Further information will be provided as the systems to support the policy are developed.

Early termination of funding agreement - list of organisations

The SFA’s funding agreements include clauses providing for early termination. This list of organisations covers from the 2014 to 2015 academic year to date, and will be updated on a regular basis.
