Severn Rivers Trust has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is for a licence to obstruct or impede the flow of the river Teme in Ludlow at National Grid Reference SO 50932 74186.

A combined Larinier fish pass and attraction flow chute is being proposed to be built into the stone/concrete platform west of Mill Street Weir.
