The Regulator of Social Housing has in place a range of statutory processes and provides services to the regulated social housing sector and its stakeholders.

The standards of service page clearly sets out how we handle enquiries and complaints, and the timescales within which people can expect a response to a query or complaint.

The service standards are in place to give a clear indication of the level of service people getting in touch with the regulator on various matters can expect. The data gives a rating of our performance against the service standards and provides explanations where necessary.
