A Service Inquiry was carried out into the air safety accident involving the Falcons parachute display team on 22 June 2014 at Weston-Super-Mare.
The team was performing a display when one of the team parachutists missed the Drop Zone and collided with a food outlet van. One of the spectators sustained injuries in the incident.
