The YJB has published its response to the consultation ‘Sentencing youths - overarching principles and offence-specific guidelines for sexual offences and robbery’. This document sets out the YJB’s views at the time of preparing the response. The consultation was published on 12 May 2016 and ended on 3 August 2016.
