This publication also contains the salaries of all Directors and Director-Generals (SCS paybands 2 and 3) in the department, as at 31 March 2012, and the numbers of staff reporting into SCS posts.
Organisational charts are not currently published here as they were in the first round of disclosure. Common-format organisational charts showing the structures across government have been generated from a central tool and links to these pages have been added below.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Justice is undergoing significant structural change. This means that the data published here should not be considered representative of the Ministry’s current structure.
