Details
School building frameworks provide the ESFA with a procurement route to access pre-selected contractors. The attached document lists the 33 contractors that have won places on our new school building framework across 22 regional lots.
We are now observing the 10 day standstill period, which will conclude on 20 November 2017. This is the compulsory waiting period between the decision to award a contract and the date on which the contract is signed. The framework will operate for a period of up to four years from 27 November 2017.
The framework is to support the delivery of the ESFA school building programmes and will also be available for schools and local authorities to use for their own projects.
