This summary concerns urgent safety recommendations made following the sinking of Solway Harvester off the Isle of Man with the loss of 7 lives.

The information has been prepared for the:

A summary report and a full investigation report have also been produced for this accident.

A safety bulletin was also issued in the weeks immediately following the accident.
