This safety message concerns the fatal man overboard accident from the fishing vessel Enterprise (PD147) while 16nm north of Dogger Bank in the North Sea on 9 July 2015.
The flyer highlights the importance of minimising exposure to unfenced openings and adopting safe working practices. It also demonstrates the importance of wearing lifejackets while working on deck and the benefits of conducting regular emergency drills.
