RPA publishes information each year on areas in which we measure our performance, and the standards and targets we apply against these indicators.

This document shows RPA’s indicators for the main areas of our business - the Basic Payment Scheme, payments under Rural Development and Trader schemes, animal identification - and the customer service we provide.
4. Content
The table covers the 2016 to 2017 financial year - our performance will be reviewed in the RPA Annual Report and Accounts published at the end of the financial year. As a Defra delivery body, RPA’s performance forms an important part of the business delivery to meet Defra’s strategic objectives and our performance indicators form part of the Defra Single Departmental Plan.
