Royal Norwich Golf Club Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/034/0011/030/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from groundwater at Weston Longville at National Grid Reference TG 10855 17139.
The variation applied for is to increase the maximum quantities and period of abstraction from:
- 200 cubic metres per day
- 10,000 cubic metres per year
- Between 1 March to 30 November.
To:
- 267 cubic metres per day
- 17,502 cubic metres per year
- All year
