This restriction is for works at Romney Lock to replace the anchor points at the lock.
During this time there may be restrictions when navigating through Romney Lock.
Masters of all boats should take note of any instructions given by staff while entering or exiting the lock. - Works will be dependent on the current river conditions.
We will update our River Thames restrictions and closures page on GOV.UK with further information when possible.
