This decision letter allows the Tyne and Wear Integrated Transport Authority to increase toll charges on the Tyne tunnels for:

  • cars
  • minibuses
  • light goods vehicles
  • large buses
  • large vans
  • heavy goods vehicles (HGVs)

from 1 January 2012.
