You need a River Thames accommodation licence for any structure on, in or over the River Thames or cut into the river bank. Examples of a structure are jetties, pontoons, piles and bank protection works.

Complete this application form if you:

  • want to install a structure
  • have a structure and want to change it
  • have a structure and want to keep it the same
