RH & MJ Lambert has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/033/0053/024/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from the River Nene (Old Course), Great Raveley Drain and un-named inland waters within the Middle Level System at Ramsey, Cambridgeshire.
The variation applied for is to allow abstraction from additional reaches of the North Western Cut, Bevill’s Leam, and the River Nene (Old Course) between the following National Grid References:

TL 22784 91680 to TL 24192 91021 and

TL 24192 91021 to TL 23758 90459.
