Numbers of revoked and declined DROs by reason, 2024/25

The tables below show the numbers of debt relief orders (DROs) in England & Wales that were revoked or declined, broken down by reason. The period covered is the 2024/25 financial year based on the date the DRO was declined or revoked.
A DRO is declined when at the application stage, the Insolvency Service determines that the applicant is not eligible for a DRO and therefore that the order should not be made. A DRO is revoked when the Insolvency Service determines that a person subject to a DRO no longer meets the eligibility criteria.
