Details
The Secretary of State is obliged to carry out a 5-year review of Part R of the Building Regulations. This review provides the context for the regulation and highlights the impact that the regulation has had on increasing Superfast broadband coverage in England. The review also considers if this could have been achieved in other ways and explores options for the next 5-year period. Any changes to Part R would however be subject to future consultation processes.
