The government’s priority for 2013 to 2014 has been to make improvements to the current funding system so that more attention is paid to the needs of pupils and greater consistency across local areas.

This review seeks views from a range of interested parties including local authorities, headteachers, principals, governors and locally elected members on a number of questions.
