Support for Albanian nationals returning from the UK
If you’re an Albanian national who has been returned or is about to be returned to Albania from the United Kingdom, Medaille Trust offers tailored support to help you rebuild your life.
How to access support
Contact Medaille Trust by phone, email or through our website.
You can get in touch before your return or within 3 months after returning.
Assistance will then be available for up to 12 months.
How Medaille Trust can help
Medaille Trust is committed to helping you successfully resettle in Albania. We work closely with a network of Albanian civil society organisations to provide support tailored to your individual needs.
We offer a 12-month support programme focused on:
- Gaining employment
- Education or vocational training
- Personal development and future aspiration
We can also provide immediate assistance (within 5 days upon your return to Albania) including:
- Arrival support at the airport
- Short-term accommodation
- Transportation to an address in the country
- Arrival care and food packages
- Small cash assistance for immediate needs
Our team will work with you to understand the kind of support you need—whether it’s starting a business, reuniting with family, or planning onward travel to another country.
Our goal is to ensure your safe return and help you build a positive future.
