Restriction notice issued by the Secretary of State for Defence varying the restriction orders which were imposed duirng the Baha Mousa Inquiry. This enables the Ministry of Defence to pass to the Iraq Historic Allegations Team (IHAT) and Service Prosecution Authority materials that they will require in order to advance their investigation and any further prosecutions in relation to the death of Baha Mousa.
