Details

The restorative justice action plan for the criminal justice system for the period to March 2018 was published in November 2014. It set out overarching objectives related to equal access to restorative justice, increasing awareness and understanding of restorative justice, and ensuring that good quality restorative justice is delivered by trained facilitators. These objectives were supported by detailed actions for the period November 2014 to March 2016.

We have made excellent progress against the action plan over the last 2 years and this report sets out the key achievements.
