On 19 July 2022 the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) launched a statutory review into the performance of the Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA) covering the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022.
The GCA’s response to the statutory review consultation is now available.
