The SIA does not have a generic email address from which we field enquiries.
We have 6 public facing, contact-specific e-mail addresses. These are:
- sar@sia.gov.uk – for subject access requests
- foi@sia.gov.uk – for Freedom of Information requests
- sia.procurement@sia.gov.uk – for procurement enquiries
- media.enquiries@sia.gov.uk – for media enquires
- recruitment@sia.gov.uk – for job applicants to contact us
- dpo@sia.gov.uk – for questions about how we collect, use, or store personal information, and rights relating to it
We prefer licence applicants and holders to use their unique SIA online account to contact us, so that we can link their requests directly to them.
We prefer the public to contact us through our contact us form. You can navigate to the form from our GOV.UK home page. We prefer this method of contact so that we can then field enquiries to the relevant team.
