Details

The Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 requires Defra to produce annual reports on applications submitted to the Secretary of State and related proceedings carried out under the act.

This report covers the period 2020 to 2025. It sets out the applications received and their status, including those under consideration, withdrawn, rejected, expired or varied.
