Details

This is the report of the independent reviewer of terrorism legislation on the operation of parts 1 and 2 of the National Security Act 2023 and Schedule 3 to the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019.

The Security Minister, Dan Jarvis MBE MP, has written to the independent reviewer with the government’s response.
