This is a report on the Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. no. 2010/2835) and the Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Amendment Order 2010 (S.I. no. 2010/2836).

The Social Security Advisory Committee produced the report under section 174 (1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992. The report includes a statement by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions in accordance with sections 174 (2) of that Act

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement.
