Details

This guidance provides you, as an owner or farm tenant, with advice about what to do if you wish to extend the right of access introduced by the 2000 Act by voluntarily removing or relaxing one or more of the general restrictions set out at Schedule 2.

It also gives you advice about the things you will need to think about if you are approached by the relevant authority for your land, or a third party, about a proposal to remove or relax one or more of these restrictions.
