Details

We do not publish regulatory judgements for registered providers of social housing with fewer than 1,000 units. However, we publish a regulatory notice when we have evidence that a small provider is not compliant with an economic standard and more generally in response to an event of regulatory importance (for example, a finding of a breach of a consumer standard that has or may cause serious harm) that we wish to make public.

See an explanation of the terms and the current and previous regulatory judgements table. An A-Z of providers is also available.

See an explanation of the regulatory standards and the different grades.
