Use this form to register that the property charged has been released from the charge or no longer forms part of the company's property.

This form can be used to register a statement that part or the whole of the property has:
- been released from the charge
- ceased to form part of the company’s property
If the charge was created before 6 April 2013 - complete part A of the form.
If the charge was created on or after 6 April 2013 - complete part B of the form.
